“I build and test web applications with a focus on quality, usability, and continuous learning.”
I am a web developer and software tester with over 10 years’ experience working in web development, quality assurance, and technical support.
I previously worked at PrimarySite (now part of Juniper Education), where I built and maintained school websites, tested web applications, and supported users to resolve technical issues. My work covered the full lifecycle of a product, from development through to testing and release, working closely with developers and product teams in an agile environment.
From 2022 to 2026, I took a career break as a full-time carer for a family member. During this time, I developed strong organisational and problem-solving skills, managing responsibilities independently and adapting to changing situations.
I am now returning to the technology sector and actively updating my skills. I have been focusing on modern web development and software testing practices, including JavaScript, React, Playwright, and API testing, as well as exploring AI automation with Python and OpenAI tools.
I take a practical, hands-on approach to learning and enjoy building real projects to develop my skills. This portfolio showcases some of that work, including web development projects, testing examples, and AI-based tools.
I am particularly interested in opportunities in web development, software testing, or technical support, and I am open to flexible, remote, or part-time roles.

Outside of Work
Outside of technology, I enjoy walking in the countryside, particularly in the Peak District and local areas, as well as photography, gardening, and sketching. These interests help me maintain a balanced and thoughtful approach to both work and learning.
